1997 Mercury Mountaineer Repair Question

Cranks but wont start

I own a 1997 mercury mountaineer a while back a freind tried to jump start it and arc'd it blew the fuse for fuel pump, i replaced fuse and now when i crank the key i hear the relay....but i get no fuel to fuel rail, new fuel filter, and the inertia switch is not tripped, other than fuel pmp what else might cause this?

Check all fuses and links
With key on you should have check engine light on if not recheck relays and fuses
Check for power and good ground at the fuel pump module with key on and or when cranking
If have both pump need to be replaced

Fuel Pump is in the fuel tank
Fuel Pump Relay Mounted in power distribution box, at right fender apron
