Runs very rough in morning till it warms up. As soon as it warms up it seems like something kicks in all of a sudden and it runs fine.

It could be many things. Check fuel pump pressure when it's cold to see if it is within spec. Check for tune up. Also, if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to see if there are any trouble codes. They will direct you to a problem. Most parts stores will scan for free. Also, check for vacuum leaks.
