Error code reads 1oo mass air flow circut this is to be replaced could it mean any thing else I dont want to buy it then it bein also som ething else

Codes never identify bad parts, just failed systems. You are making an expensive guess. I would have it properly diaged to confirm it is not a wiring issue or something else/
