1997 Mercedes Benz C230 Just Got Car Four Days Ago Cars Had Lights Marking

I just got my car four days ago my cars is a c230 mercedes benz 1997 it had no lights marking no issue besides the coolant light it was driving perfectly fine then when i was stopped at a stop sign it just turnt off with making any noises or anything.. we added coolant fluid what could it be when i try to start it now it begans to try to turn on but wont (it was my first time driving it in snowy weather)
