1997 Mercedes Benz C230 Repair Question

Mercedes Benz C230 Wiring Problem
So my dad found a Aftermarket Antenna to replace the broken one in the C230 I bought. He installed the Antenna but just not the wiring, I was wondering how do you setup the wiring for it?

Wiring From C230
Light Blue -
Dark Blue With Black Around It -
Red -
Brown -
Wiring From AfterMarket Antenna
Blue -
Black -
Red -
If anyone could help me out that would be grateful!

Black, Earth
Red, 12V
Blue, switch power from radio.
Fairly sure that is how it will work.

Thank You For Helping, But I don't understand, You said
Black = Earth (Meaning = GROUND)
Red = 12V (Meaning = POWER)
Blue = Switch Power From Radio (Antenna Wire or something)
If this is the case which wire is the BROWN for?
And how do I know which Blue wire to connect to?
Blue - ?? Which Blue ??
BLACK - ?? Which Blue ??
RED - RED = POWER/12V
BROWN - ??????? (No more wiring...)
