My car has a very high consumption of engine oil approx. 1l for 100 km, and white smog in exhaust...
Last month I have change the piston rings for this reason and the consumption of engine oil exist

What type of oil are you using mineral or synth? and did you give the bores a good hone out to break up any glazing? i am wondering if you fitted the oil control rings correctly that is a lot of oil to be using.

THANK YOU `MHPAUTOS`. I HAVE FILLED THE ENGINE WITH SAE 5W40 FULL-SYNTHETIC OIL.I THINK THE MECHANIC FITTED THE RINGS CORRECTLY.

run in with mineral oil,10W-40 that should help

first 5,000kms and see how the oil consumption is, synth oil will not bed in the engine.
