You can check for air leaks, a scanner needs to used to check anything else besides fuse and relay. I have no idea what a rotunda super star is.

I don't think that owne can be used as it's for an OBD1 system you have OBD2 any repair shop can test or you can spend about $4000 US to get one that will work.
