Lexus ES 300 Dashboard Problem

Computer has failed, toyota dealership found " Two weeks later" and installed a somewhat refurbished Computer and it made the car run like new for approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Then i turned on car to warm it up a bit. Less than approx 7 to 8 min, I could hear car speakers popping and create bad static, and many of the dashboard standby lights began lighting up randomly and then dying for good.
