I have a discovery 300tdi (1997), it has poor accelaration at times but is really bad on hills, poor fuel mileage (a full tank did about 400 miles), steering vibrates at 30mph, it has had a new fuel/air filter, fuel pump notched up so a little better & co

A full tank does about 400 miles, steering vibrates at 30 mph, has had new fuel/air filters, fuel pump notched up (makes it abit better but not on hills), compression test was fine, any answers greatfully appreciated!!!

Have the tires, wheel alignment and suspension checked-also check the exhaust system for restriction
