i have a 1997 jeep wrangler tj sport with 4.0 liter and 5-speed trans. it has 158,000 miles on it. the problem is when i turn hard left or right my front driveline rubs on the exhaust pipe. i replaced the front track bar(moog brand) and that almost fixed it but it still rubs a little if i turn sharp with any speed. it has stock tires and wwheels(30x9.5-15)and has not been lifted.what else should i replace to fix this problem?

I answer a lot of the CJ 5 & 7 Stuff,

I know little about your rig.

On a CJ, there is "LIMITER STUDS" (bolts, screws, whatever you want to call 'em) on both Driver and Passenger sides that "Contact" the Yoke to prevent you from turning too hard left and right (AND SCRUBBING STUFF, as your is doing)

These are adjustable, for wheel turning travel (one will control right turn front, the other will control how far it will turn left)........And Just the opposite for the other wheel!........Sorta Confusing Huh?!.........There's only 2 screws!!!....Think about it!

If they are not even (it may not matter) One way would maybe give you a tighter turn radius than the other way.

Should you move these, If you have them, Your radius in a turn would be affected, so YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET USED TO IT----BEFORE YOU MIS-JUDGE A TIGHT TURN, IN A PARKING LOT....ETC!!!

Yours got these?
