1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Repair Question

I have a 1997 jeep cherokee laredo there is a module on the passenger side behind the resivoir it has three big connectors what is this called .
My problem is the connector on the right hand facing the passengers area, if you push down on the connector the car will run, if you let pressure off the car stops what do i do replace the connector.

i can't post a picture but it has a 4.0 engine if that helps

That is the Jeeps pcm basically the engines computer. Third plug is to the power distribution box/ fuse box next to the coolant tank.
