Codes and misfires

I have a jeep grand cherokee limited edition 5.2v8 when I push the gas to go it doesn't go and back fires and check engine light is on went to Autozone the erased the codes I replaced cap rotor wires and spark plugs I use boch platinum and air filter pcv valve I turned my key on and these numbers came out 12, 14, 23, 43, 43, 24, 21, 55 can u please help me

The obd2 codes would have been better. I'd check voltage and ground circuits at the computer, for a start. I use oem spark plugs.

Code 12 means battery voltage has been lost at some point.
Code 14 is for the map sensor.
Code 23 is intake air sensor.
Code 43 is cylinder misfire.
Code 24 is throttle position sensor.
Code 21 is 02 sensor issue.
Code 55 should be end of message.
