1997 Isuzu Rodeo Compression On Cylinders 165 170 Psi New Ngk Spark Plugs Set

The compression on all cylinders is 165 to 170 psi but with new NGK spark plugs set at .044
gap, it only runs on 2 cylinders at idle but the rest will kick in if accelerated. The catylitic converter ran fire hot once but not consistent. Any info will really help me. THANKS
