Infiniti Q45 Emissions Problem
Could running this car regular unleaded 89 Octane
For years and then start to run a full tank of premium 92 octane
Cause the the check engine soon light to come on or would it be a emissions sensor?

Have the trouble codes retrieved to see what it is. Increasing the octane should not be a problem.
