My head lights seems to be of two different.

My head lights seems to be of two different brightnesses. The passenger side is always brighter than the drivers side. I do have new bulbs in them, so it is not the bulbs. What gives?

Very common problem. Bad ground wire. You can verify that by unplugging the right bulb. If the left one has a bad ground wire, it will go out completely.
