Ram Safari Guard Parts/ Installation

Hello,
I'm here to ask if you know the anatomy, so to speak, of a Ram Safari Guard. My ****** was installing her's back in after she had to repair it due to an accident. When she was finished however (with no instructional manual) she realized she had some small parts still not attached. The guard looks like it's fine but she's worried that something would happen if they aren't placed in the correct area. Problem is, we don't know the name/purpose of the parts since we ourselves did not take off the guard in the first place, a friend of mine did. He doesn't remember where they were so as of right now we're stuck in confusion.
Can you help us?

Was this a bumper repair? Sorry, I'm trying. The two outer parts look like they mount at the bottom of the bumper. The other parts appear to be the mounts that hold a bumper.
