we live in new zealand. my wife bought a1997 honda odyssey auto off a friend who left to go overseas but I have discovered the rear taillight lenses are clear not red and the bulbs or globes are clear also. This is highly illegal and should not have passed the current warrent of fitness test . my question is how come these are clear ? and can I rectify with red bulbs or must I buy whole new units? thank you
