Power steering pump was leaking from behind pulley, rebuilt ps pump, reinstalled, topped off fluid, started car, turned wheels lock to lock 10 times.
Car is extremely hard to steer at idle, with wheels on ground. Steers fine with wheels off ground. While driving , it is operating correctly. No noises, no leaks. Any ideas?
