Honda Accord Sensor Problem
Im about to buy this car from someone. He said he thinks it neefs a new crank sensor. Because it wont crank if its hooked up, but if its not hooked up it works fine. It it the crank sensor or is that something else?

No, that's nonsense. The engine cannot run without a Crank sensor.
What is the car actually doing or not doing?
