It turns over but wont start, I replaced the gas tank and fuel pump and still wont start, what could be wrong?

you have to find out what you are missing,could be spark,fuel pressure,vacum,ect.can you verify that you have good spark to the spark plugs?these trucks have a lot of distributor cap and rotor issues.

yes its got good spark and it seems to have good fuel pressure, I'm stuck i dont know what to do help please i've been working on it for days

what is the fuel pressure,have you checked it with a gauge?does it have a tachometer? if so does it move when you are cranking it?also pull the [plugs ans see if they are soaked with gas.

no i've not checked it with a gauge i dont have one but when you push on the valve it spits out gas

the pressure and volume need to be measured.

check the fuses and the fuel pump relay,also verify that the fuel pump ground is good

where would the ground be?

the ground would be a black wire at or near the fuel pump harness that most likely goes to the frame and is attached with a bolt or screw.
