Fluttering noise from exhust and the check engine light blinks.

I have a 1997 Mustang GT, 4.6 SOHC. Car runs great when it is cold, but once it is warm, it runs rough like it is starving for air. What is wrong? You can keep the car running and it will drive.

What you need to do here is have the computer scanned for OBD2 codes, there's a problem within the engine management system that caused the light to turn On, this is your starting point of diagnosis
