I have a 1997 ford mustang and I ran my car out of gas and after putting gas in car and changing fuel filter car still will not start, I can hear fuel pump kicking on but it seems to be the fuel is not reaching engine, there is a small stream that comes out when i bleed the fuel rail and i can pour gas into airbreather to get it to start for a second but that is all
