1997 Ford Futura Repair Question

Ford Futura Fuel pump Problem
Ive just had it services yesterday, this morning when I started it it's chugging shaking and spluttering. I took it back and they replaced the leads and the coil, but it's still not right, is it the fuel pump or timing.

what did they do on the original service??? did they replace the plugs??
