1997 Ford Falcon Repair Question

Ford Falcon Coolant Problem
Last weekend we replaced the head gasket along with rad hoses thermostat water pump coolant(yes bled the air) now it is running hot also reverse flushed the rad and engine! any ideas on why it would be getting hot oh and thermo fans are working! Thanks

the rad could still be clogged.
was the head checked for cracks???
