Ford F-350 Floor Problem

I hear trickling water sounds coming from passenger side floorboard, glovebox area when I start my truck & sometimes when driving, I do NOT have water on my floor & had my heater core replaced a year ago, I also noticed my defroster & heater are not as hot when running as they used to be......can you help?

Do you have water in the cabin? floor damp and any condensation on the inside of the windscreen?

Sorry only 1/2 the question was on my screen..... check for low coolant, and ensure that the heater system is bleed of all air.
