Truck starts fine cold. idle gets rough when cold start idle slows down. If truck konks out will not start. If it does not konk out and idles smoothly it can run indefinately but if turned off will not start again until cold. No fuel pressure when turned off but fuel pressure when ignition on. Any idea s? Local Mechanics stumped
