Ford Explorer Clutch Problem
I have a 1997 ford explorer 4.0 runs good recently tranny slips in 1st gear not always Is the tranny going out or can repairs be made

check to make sure trans fluid is clean and full. However, if it is slipping, chances are the clutches are worn and need replacement.
