I just came back after driving about 250km. Stopped the car for about 30 mins and then took it up the road. Took a right turning and then suddenly the engine cut off. The engine turns but doesn't start. No warning signs.

seems it was a blown fuse in the fuse box under the steering wheel. kept blowing though (short circuiting somewhere). had to re-wire a few things (probably override the system). ok now. just seems to be turning about 7-8 times before starting. maybe my battery.
q2. my ac seems to be blocked at the front somewhere (under the dashboard). can i remove this myself and check it? is the cooling system situated there?
