Ford Escort Fuse Problem
HOW CAN YOU TELL IF YOU HAVE A BURNT OUT FUSE/RELAY THE ONES UNDER THE HOOD, I TRIED TO GIVE A JUMP START TO A HYBRID CAR AND HE TRIED TO START HIS BUT IT DIDNT START I TOLD HIM TO TURN OFF HIS KEY, THEN I GOT IN MY ESCORT AND IT WOULD NOT START IT TURNS OVER REAL GOOD BUT NO POPS SPUTTERS OR ANYTHING, CAN YOU HELP????

they have to be tested with a voltmeter and test light. understanding what each one does is very important.
jumping a car is never a good idea as voltage surges are the death of many components.
