Dodge Ram Gas Problem
My truck had a very small amount of water and I drove about half a mile it got hot so I pulled over there was no knocking or anything anyway now it has less power there's no water in oil or oil in coolant so I don't think its a head gasket what else could it be

have a leak down test done to confirm the head gaskets. it does not sound good. you may have damaged the motor
