Recently the right rear drum brake is sticking or grabbing hard when brakes are applied. Just replaced rotors up front thinking that was problem, but found that it is the rear right drum?? pulls hard enuf to lock up on wet surfaces. It is due for rear brake job, but feel there is another problem.
