Not charging need to know options beside the alternator it has been replaced
1997 dodge ram turbo diesel has quit charging the tach does not work vehicle will start and run but on battery only need to know what else could be wrong

Do you have the new alternator tested before you left the store?Also do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
