Dodge Neon Engine Problem

I am working on a 1997 Dodge Neon that stalled at a stop and wouldn't start again. I replaced the crank sensor, Cam sensor, Coil and PCM. Checked all the grounds, wires, plug ins. We have power at the injector wires, checked timing. also checked the vehicle speed sensor. There is no spark. I don't know where to go from here.

Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? You found 12 volts at the injectors. I assume that was only during engine cranking, right? On the dark green / orange wire?

Which engine do you have, the single or dual cam engine?
