1997 Dodge Durango Repair Question

Dodge Durango Fuse Problem
Vehicle would not start took starter relay fuse out replaced it, engine would not crank jump starter relay fuse and it started still wont start unless i jump it any suggestions as to what is causing it and what to do to fix it?

check for power from the ignition switch to the relay. check the ground side of the control for the relay
