my mechanic said I need to buy rear suspension silent block, but the warehouse does not understand what it is. Does anybody have an image or other name for it?

I've never heard of that either and I was the suspension and alignment specialist at a very nice Chrysler dealership all through the '90s. What kind of problem are you trying to solve?
