1997 Dodge Avenger belt trnsioner assembly with pulley

I need to find one a guy I had helping me on my car took off with it to get another one and never came back. This part is something most places don't even acknowledge it. It's not in their books? Please help me

It's called an idler pulley rock auto has them so should every other auto parts. Yours is probably a manual adjusted tensioner. Just make sure to use a belt tension gauge to adjust it.
