i was putting my passenger side door panel back on and i have no power at all to my car

could the power windows and power lock on the doors cause no power to the rest of the car

I don't think they are related. Check under the hood in the power distribution block for main fuses that are bad. Also, check to make sure the battery terminals are clean, tight, and making a good connection. Check the main ground to the engine block and check body grounds.
