Chrysler Concorde Bushing Problem
My car has a lot of play with the steering wheel and I looked under the hood whear inner rods come together and they were loose when I moved the steering wheel, Is it possible that the bolts holding them together have loosened? or is it a bushing problem? And can the bushings be replaced without removing the inner tie rods?

You probably have badly worn tie rod ends, get then check by a qualified mechanic ASAP.
