I HAVE A TAHOE AND THE HEAD LIGHTS,SIGNALS WORK,BASICALLY ALL LIGHTS WORK EXCEPT THE RUNNING LIGHTS THAT U NEED TO USE IN THE NIGHT SO THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS ARE SEEN PLEASE HELP ME DETREMINE THIS PROBLEM

Check the bulbs. Theoretically, if all of the other lights work, then the bulbs are bad. Less likely, but slightly possible, is a problem with the actual wiring for the running/parking lights.
You mention the brake lights, are those not turning on? Check the brake light switch on the brake pedal. Use a piece of wire to jumper the two connectors and see if the brake lights illuminate. If they do, replace the switch. If not, again, you most likely have a wiring issue.
