today my truck started dieing alot and there is a lot of white smoke coming from the exaust and i put a bottle of heet in it because i thought there might be water in the gas

Water in the gas tank isnt going to make white smoke out the tail pipe.You can use a chemical block tester to check if you have a blown head gasket cracked head etc.They rent them at auto zone you just just have to buy the test fluid.
