1997 Chevrolet S-10 Repair Question

Chevrolet S-10 Heater Problem
Have replaced thermostat with new one, still just blowing cold air. It is not overheating and I don't smell antifreeze.. Any ideas what the problem could be?

check to see if both heater hoses are hot when engine warm. if they are check actuators in heater for low power. try puling hvac fuse for 60 seconds they try heater.
