I have a 97 chevy 1500 some times it will start okay some times it wont this morning it would not start I poured gas in the carborater it started. It ran rough for awhile them smothed out, its been startting okay the rest of the day seems to only do this in the morning after it has sit, we just changed the fuel filter last time it did this, it ran and stareted fine until this morning, is there a realy or something

Check your fuel pressure it should be about 55psi. You might have one of the vehicles that has a bad wiring harness tot he fuel pump. But the fix for this is another pump and to wire the harnes in.
