car cranks but wont start checked codes found bad ign lock cyl codes checked for the proper voltage at connector to switch according to the trouble tree the lock cyl needed replaced., did so then the procedure to relearn the lock code said to clear the codes then go through the 3 ten min cycle of relearn .The problem no scanner I have will clear the codes * B1014 B1024
