A/C seems to be stuck on and will not turn off, preventing the heater from turning on and warming up the interior.

see if the a/c clutch is locked on, it may be bad an dnot hae enough clearance keepin the airon . Also check to see if both hoses arehot, then check actuator inside car . check the two vacuum motors i' have pointed out
