Heater fan does not work on any speed. One day it just didn't work. Plug going into the heater assembly has three wires. Red = 12V, Black = Ground, and Grey has no voltage It appears that either the grey wire is broken or the heater and A/C programmer is bad. Does this sound right? Also where is the heater and A/C programmer located and how do I locate the grey wire at the programmer terminal (Is it still grey)??
The red wire had 12 volts but the grey wire had no voltage even after the car was running for a long time.
