1997 Buick Lesabre Replacing Thermostat Accidently Broke These Rubber

When replacing the thermostat I accidently broke these rubber connecters. I am not sure what these tubes are or where to buy new connectors. I have posted pictures of the parts I toar and the tubes themselves. Can you help? Thanks
