My buick 1997 is making a loud squel noise under the right side sound like from the tire when I drive and sometimes when I turn I don't feel anything weird when I turn or driving just hear the sound it comes and goes and stops if I apply the brakes. Wondering if cv joint wheel baring? Not sure any advice will help. Thanks
