Misfire cylinder 5
Code said misfire on # 5 cyl, compression is 60 lbs; 190 on the other cylinders' uses some coolant can still drive locally,new engine??

Probably a head gasket, that will be a lot cheaper than a new engine, get a few quotes first, good luck.
