i put a code reader on my 1996 vw jetta and the code reader said no link but it gave me a blink code . my engine check light blinked 9 times with a pause after 3 6 9 blinks what can the problem be with my car i can give you the symptoms if you need more l info thank you brian

Check fuse 22 (fuse box in the car) it is the data link fuse. As for 369 that is not a code sorry. Let me know what you find and we will go from there ok
