1996 Volkswagen GTI Repair Question

Volkswagen GTI Dealer Problem
Need to no how to dissarm the alarm,cant get to dealer.when i open door emergincies lights come on then go off,after5 min.then when i stop,get back in car does it all over againe,what can i do,ican fix cars, i just need to no what to do,thanks,
